在硅胶HF_(254)薄层板上,以环己烷—氯仿—丙酮(5:3:3)为展开剂,采用双波长薄层扫描法(λ_s=297nm,λ_R=35mm)测定了牙痛一粒丸中脂蟾毒配基的含量。方法简便,结果可靠,回收率为99.84%、CV%=2.04％。
Silica gel HF_(254) thin-layer plates were tested for toothache using cyclohexane-chloroform-acetone (5:3:3) as the developer and dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning (λ_s=297 nm, λ_R=35 mm). The content of lipophilic aglycone in pellets. The method is simple and reliable. The recovery rate is 99.84% and the CV% is 2.04%.
