The fierce competition for banks to compete for land reserve business has lagged behind the relevant laws and regulations of land reserve and the unclear ownership of the acquired land, leaving the land bank with greater risks. Proposed to win the government for the introduction of relevant policies for the safe operation of land reserves to provide security and broaden the financing channels to reduce the pressure on credit funds.
