目的应用ATP生物荧光检测法对医务人员手卫生质量进行检测,探索手消毒效果快速评价方法。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对某医院医务人员洗手效果进行检测,并实施有效干预措施,评价手卫生质量。结果实施有效的干预措施,使得医务人员手卫生知识知晓率由45.29%上升到92.67%,手卫生依从性从36.84%上升到95.45%。通过ATP荧光仪检测证明,实施干预措施后手消毒合格率从20.00%上升到90.00%。结论采取有效干预措施可明显改善医务人员手卫生知晓率、依从性和手卫生效果,ATP生物荧光检测法可用于手卫生质量评价。
Objective To detect the hand hygiene quality of medical staff by ATP biofluorescence detection and to explore the rapid evaluation method of hand disinfection effect. Methods The ATP biofluorescence method was used to detect the handwashing effect of a hospital medical staff and to implement effective interventions to evaluate hand hygiene quality. Results The implementation of effective interventions made medical staff awareness of hand hygiene increased from 45.29% to 92.67% and hand hygiene compliance increased from 36.84% to 95.45%. According to the ATP fluorometer test, the pass rate of hand disinfection increased from 20.00% to 90.00% after implementing the intervention. Conclusion Effective intervention measures can significantly improve the hand hygiene awareness, compliance and hand hygiene effect of medical staff. The ATP biofluorescence test can be used to evaluate the hand hygiene quality.
