详细介绍了浙江省３个“全球５００佳”生态村的产业结构及其调整与优化所取得的社会效益、经济效益与生态效益的统一。指出因地制宜发展工业，变单一农业系统为农工商多种经营的高效综合农业体系，是生态农业建设的正确方向。村办工业的发展是经济增长的关键，只要工业建设项目选择得当，在取得经济效益的同时也可取得良好的社会效益和环境效益。
The industrial structure of three “Global Top 500” eco-villages in Zhejiang Province and the social, economic and ecological benefits obtained from their adjustment and optimization are introduced in detail. It is pointed out that it is the correct direction for the construction of ecological agriculture to develop an efficient and integrated agricultural system in accordance with local conditions to develop industry and change single agricultural system into diversified agriculture and industrialists. The development of village-run industries is the key to economic growth. As long as the industrial construction projects are properly chosen, they can achieve good social and environmental benefits while obtaining economic benefits.
