近日,住建部专门发文印发《民用建筑能耗和节能信息统计报表制度》,对原2012年的报表制度进行修订,并获国家统计局的认同。住建部要求各级住房城乡建设主管部门逐步扩大调查统计覆盖范围,解决“统计对象不全面、统计指标填报不完整、统计数据代表性严重不足等突出问题”。并要求将该项工作纳入部门建筑工作的考核指标。
Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban special issued a document entitled “civil construction energy consumption and energy-saving information statistical reporting system” to amend the original 2012 reporting system, and agreed by the National Bureau of Statistics. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development requires that the departments in charge of urban and rural housing at all levels of housing gradually expand the scope of investigation and statistics to solve the outstanding problems such as “incomplete statistics, incomplete reporting of statistical indicators and serious lack of statistical data”. And requested that the work be included in the department’s construction work evaluation index.
