Interferon (1FN-r), interleukin 2 (1L-2) and natural killer (NKC) cells are all active immune regulators. The three constitute “NKC-IL-2-IFN-r” regulatory network plays an important regulatory role in immune function. In this experiment, we investigated the changes of 1FN-r, IL-2 and NKC activity in spleen deficiency model mice.
