针对旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的工作特性,以花岗岩AC-13C为研究对象,采用水泥替换矿粉和掺加抗剥落剂的方法研究了花岗岩沥青混合料的材料组成及其路用性能。通过延长水煮时间和沥青与抗剥落剂共同老化评价了抗剥落剂改善集料与沥青粘附性的优劣性;基于性能目标进行了花岗岩沥青混合料的马歇尔试验、车辙试验、水稳性试验、加速老化试验、浸水肯塔堡飞散试验等,并对试验路进行了性能检测。研究结果表明,掺加受热稳定性良好的抗剥落剂是提高花岗岩混合料路用性能的重要保证,且MeadWestvaco抗剥落剂施工存储均匀性良好,运营两年后的路面无相关病害发生。
Aiming at the working characteristics of asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement, granite AC-13C was taken as the research object, and the material composition and road performance of granite asphalt mixture were studied by replacing slag with cement and anti-stripping agent. The advantages and disadvantages of the anti-stripping agent in improving the adhesion of aggregates and asphalt were evaluated by prolonging the boiled time and the common aging of asphalt and anti-stripping agent. The Marshall test, rutting test, water stability Test, accelerated aging test, soaked Kentucky Fort dispersion test, and carried out the performance test of the test road. The results show that adding anti-stripping agent with good heat stability is an important guarantee to improve the road performance of granite mixture. MeadWestvaco anti-stripping agent has good storage uniformity and no road-related diseases occurred two years after operation.
