随着企业管理的逐步完善和管理者观念的逐步更新,人力资源作为一种特殊的资源越来越受到企业重视,绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心也吸引着越来越多的眼球,人力资源管理的重心开始向员工的绩效管理转移。绩效管理是一个管理过程,需要采用系统的方法进行管理和控制,有效的绩效管理的核心是一个包括绩效管理的目标设定和计划、绩效的实施、绩效考核和反馈四个环节的循环过程。任何一个环节出现了问题,都会导致绩效管理的失效。本文通过阐述绩效管理的种种失效表现出发,分析了绩效管理失效的原因在此分析的基础上,提出了解决的对策,以提高企业的绩效,实现企业的持续发展。
