机场离港网络是机场生产系统的核心,面临着网络攻击、重大灾害等众多外部威胁,离港网络的工作状态对机场安全运行有重要影响。对机场和离港网络效能进行了定义,对机场生产流程进行了研究,构造了考虑效能因子和效能指数的值机、安检、登机口效能评估模型,以西南某机场实际运行数据对模型进行了验证。结果表明,机场离港网络安全裕度较高,能够满足机场生产运行的需要;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[0%-15%]、[65%-90%],离港网络效能瓶颈为安检通道;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[15%-65%],离港网络效能瓶颈为登机口;离港网络非正常工作百分比在[90%-100%]时,离港网络效能瓶颈为值机柜台。
Airport departure network is the core of airport production system, facing many external threats such as cyberattacks and major disasters. The working status of departure networks has an important impact on the safe operation of airports. The effectiveness of airport and departure network is defined, the airport production process is studied, and the performance evaluation model of check-in, security and gate considering the efficiency factor and efficiency index is constructed.
