目的探讨个性营养干预对肝硬化患者病情的影响。方法于2006年1月—2010年7月无锡市传染病医院收治的77例肝硬化患者,随机分为2组,试验组39例,对照组38例,进行营养状况评估,为试验组制定个性营养支持方案,观察比较2组患者症状、生化指标和预后。结果干预治疗后12周,试验组患者乏力、食欲不振等症状及血红蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、胆红素、白蛋白、前白蛋白、凝血酶原时间、胆固醇(Hb、ALT、TBIL、ALB、PA、PT、CHOL)等生化指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论合理营养治疗可改善肝硬化患者全身营养状况,减少原发性腹膜炎、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、上消化道出血等并发症的发生,从而提高生活质量,延长生存时间。
Objective To explore the effect of personality nutrition intervention on the condition of patients with cirrhosis. Methods From January 2006 to July 2010, 77 patients with cirrhosis who were admitted to Wuxi Infectious Disease Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 39 cases in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group. Nutritional status was evaluated and personality Nutritional support programs were observed and compared two groups of patients symptoms, biochemical indicators and prognosis. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite and hemoglobin, alanine aminotransferase, bilirubin, albumin, prealbumin, prothrombin time, cholesterol (Hb, ALT, TBIL, ALB, PA, PT, CHOL) and other biochemical indicators improved better than the control group (P <0.05), and the complications were significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion Reasonable nutrition therapy can improve the nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis and reduce the occurrence of complications such as primary peritonitis, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and upper gastrointestinal bleeding, so as to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.
