目的探讨短效联合与长效单药抗高血压治疗对随诊间收缩压（SBP）变异性的影响。方法高血压患者176例分为短效联合组和长效单药组,各88例。短效联合组给予不同类型降压药物联合应用,长效单药组给予单一药物抗高血压治疗,疗程均为12个月。比较2组治疗前后SBP变异性,并对影响基线SBP变异性及SBP变异性下降值的因素行多元线性回归分析。结果治疗12个月后,2组SBP及SBP标准差均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,长效单药组SBP下降值小于短效联合组,但SBP标准差下降值大于短效联合组,差异均有统计学意
