目的为阿替洛尔片建立新的质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm),流动相甲醇:水(70:30),检测波长276nm,柱温30℃,流速1ml/min.结果阿替洛尔在36.6~73.2ug/ml之间线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.95%(n=6),RSD为0.1。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,重现性及灵敏度高,可作为阿替洛尔片中阿替洛尔的含量测定方法。
Aim To establish a new quality control method for atenolol tablets. Methods The HPLC method was developed on an Agilent C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm) with a mobile phase of methanol: water (70:30) at a detection wavelength of 276 nm at a flow rate of 1 ml / min at a column temperature of 30 ° C. Results Atenolol ~ 73.2ug / ml good linear relationship, r = 0.9999, the average recovery of 99.95% (n = 6), RSD of 0.1. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, rapid, reproducible and sensitive and can be used as a method for the determination of atenolol in atenolol tablets.
