氯离子是人体重要的阴离子之一,也是生活饮用水中的重要阴离子,目前测定氯离子的方法很多。用膜电极测定阴离子早有报道,而采用 PVC 膜电极测定氯离子则是近几年的发展。本文以 S_(336)为活性物质制成 PVC 膜电极,对氯离子进行测定,电极线性范围在10~(-1)~10~(-4)mol/L,检测下限为4×10~(-5)mol/L,斜率为51mV,低于文献报道。实验部分一、仪器和试剂1.PHS—3型酸度计(上海第二分析仪器厂);2.PXD—12型数字式离子计(江苏电分析仪器厂);3.TD—1型磁力搅拌器(常熟电子仪器厂);
Chloride ion is one of the important anions of the human body and is also an important anion in drinking water. There are many methods for the determination of chloride ion. Determination of anion with membrane electrode has long been reported, and the use of PVC membrane electrode chloride ion is the development in recent years. In this paper, PVC membrane electrode with S_ (336) as active material was used to measure the chloride ion. The linear range of the electrode was 10 ~ (-1) -10 ~ (-4) mol / L, the detection limit was 4 × 10 ~ -5) mol / L, the slope of 51mV, lower than reported in the literature.
