混凝土中减水剂的用量与砂、石、水泥及水相比虽然很少(一般为水泥重量的0.2~1.5%),但却显著地影响混凝土的性能(如和易性、强度、凝结时间等)及经济指标,甚至还会出现不凝及强度严重下降等质量事故,为此必须慎重对待。影响减水剂掺量的因素较多,一般需根据具体条件通过试验确定。本文从实用出发对此问题作一简述,以便减水剂应用者能减少试验工作量,较快地确定减水剂的适宜掺量,预防及分析应用中出现的有关问题。
The amount of water reducer used in concrete is small compared to sand, stone, cement and water (usually 0.2 to 1.5% of cement weight), but it significantly affects the performance of concrete (such as workability, strength, and setting time) As for the economic indicators, there will even be quality accidents such as inconsistency and severe decline in strength. This must be taken seriously. There are many factors affecting the amount of water reducer, which generally needs to be determined by tests according to specific conditions. This article makes a brief description of this problem from the practical point of view, so that water reducer applications can reduce the amount of test work, determine the appropriate amount of superplasticizers quickly, and prevent and analyze the application of the relevant issues.
