在社会主义条件下,工人阶级成为企业的主人。这样就产生了一个问题,谁是仆人?按照传统的观点,厂长是仆人,那么职工与厂长之间就构成了“主仆”矛盾。但是这种说法至少会产生两个问题:其一,厂长也是工人阶级的一员,而且应当说,他们之中的绝大多数是工人阶级的优秀分子,当然也应当是企业的主人,那末职工与厂长之间就应当是“主主”矛盾,怎么能是“主仆”矛盾呢?其二,如果把厂长看作是仆人,那么就要导致“主人接受仆人管理”这样的逻辑矛盾。由此可见,职工与厂长之间不可能是“主仆”关系。
Under socialism, the working class became the owner of the enterprise. This creates a problem, who is a servant? According to the traditional view, the director is a servant, then workers and managers constitute a “master servant” contradiction. However, this statement will at least give rise to two problems. First, the director is also a member of the working class. And it should be said that the vast majority of them are outstanding members of the working class and, of course, should be the masters of the enterprise. If the director is regarded as a servant, then he should lead to the logic that “the master accepts servant management” contradiction. From this we can see that there is no possibility of a “master servant” relationship between the staff and the factory manager.
