目的探讨稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔对冠心病心律失常患者心功能及血液流变学的影响。方法选取遂宁市中心医院2015年3月—2017年4月收治的冠心病心律失常患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组59例和研究组61例。对照组患者给予胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗;两组患者连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标及血液流变学指标。结果研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者左心室收缩末期内径(LVDs)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)及心脏指数(CI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者LVDs、LVDd短于对照组,CI高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度及血细胞比容比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血细胞比容低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能及血液流变学。
Objective To investigate the effect of Metformin and amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartrate on cardiac function and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted from Suining Central Hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were divided into control group (n = 59) and study group (n = 61) by random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol combined with amiodarone. Patients in the study group were treated with Wenxin Granules on the basis of the control group. Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect, cardiac function index and hemorheology index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDs), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd) and cardiac index (CI) between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, LVDs and LVDd In the control group, CI was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in fibrinogen, plasma viscosity and hematocrit between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the fibrinogen, plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with amiodarone combined with Metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia has definite curative effect and can effectively improve the patients’ cardiac function and hemorheology.
