本文报道了以TiN、Al和BN为原料通过反应热压法制备TiB2/AlN复合陶瓷的实验结果,对该反应的热力学过程,产物的物相、微观结构与形貌进行了研究与讨论.结果表明,原料在800℃左右开始反应,随着温度的升高反应越完全,1700℃左右完全反应.通过SEM观察发现,生成的TiB2/AlN复合陶瓷具有很高的致密度,晶粒尺寸细小且分布均匀,通过反应得到的AlN晶粒具有大量的层状和李晶结构.
In this paper, the experimental results of TiB2 / AlN composite ceramics prepared by reactive hot pressing using TiN, Al and BN as raw materials were reported. The thermodynamic process, the phase, microstructure and morphology of the product were also studied and discussed. The results showed that the reaction started at around 800 ℃, and the reaction became more complete with the increase of temperature. The reaction was complete at about 1700 ℃. The SEM results showed that the TiB2 / AlN composite ceramics produced had high density, fine grain size and uniform distribution. The AlN grains obtained by the reaction had a large number of layered and tetragonal structures.
