采用姬氏液进行常规的四种疟疾血片染色法观察结果表明,厚血膜在染色、冲洗过程中疟原虫的丢失量与薄血膜相比在41.08~54.61%之间,与Dowling观察结果相比较非常近似。结果提示,采用目前普遍使用的厚血膜原虫计数方法来计算血中疟原虫量存在显著性差异。如采用校正值对厚血膜原虫计数进行校正,有利于较客观的反应血内原虫量。四种常用的疟疾血片染色法以反盖染色法的疟原虫丢失量相对较少,适合现场防治及临床诊断查找疟原虫。
The results of the routine four kinds of malaria blood stain staining using Ji’s liquid showed that the loss of the plasmodium in the thick blood film during the dyeing and washing was 41.08-54.61% It is very similar to the Dowling observation. The results suggest that there is a significant difference in the calculation of the amount of malaria parasites in the blood using the commonly used method of counting the thick blood protozoa. Such as the use of the corrected value of the thickness of protozoal count correction, is conducive to a more objective reaction of blood protozoa. The four common malaria blood stain staining methods to counter the loss of malaria parasites is relatively small, suitable for on-site prevention and treatment of clinical diagnosis of parasites.
