以某型160 km/h电力机车车体为轻量化目标,建立整车车体有限元模型,对车体结构进行静强度校核,以此为基础,以车体总重量最小化为目标,以车体结构板厚参数为设计变量,在保证车体结构强度与刚度满足要求的情况下优化设计变量。通过灵敏度分析,更新设计变量,对车体结构轻量化进行深入的优化。通过仿真优化设计,车体总重减轻7.44%,满足设计目标要求。
Taking a type of 160 km / h electric locomotive as a lightweight target, a vehicle body finite element model is established and the static strength of the vehicle body structure is checked.
