比赛训练法在护理专业技术实训教学中的应用研究

目的:探讨比赛训练法在护理专业技术实训教学中的应用效果。方法:在2012级高职护生中随机选取4个班级,2个班作为实验组,2个班作为对照组,实验组采用了比赛训练法进行实验教学,对照组采用了传统训练法进行实验教学,对两组护生的操作技能考核平均成绩进行统计分析,并对实验组护生做了关于比赛训练法的效果评价问卷调查。结果:实验组护生技能考核平均成绩高于对照组(p<0.01),98%的护生认为比赛训练法利于提高他们练习护理操作技能的兴趣和积极性,培养了他们的临床思维能力,利于他们更快更好地掌握护理操作。结论:比赛训练法优于传统训练法,有利于充分发挥护生的潜能,使其更快更好地掌握各项护理操作技能,增强学生之间的交流与合作,促进其实际工作能力的提高。 Objective: To discuss the application effect of competition training in nursing teaching. Methods: Four classes were randomly selected from 2012 vocational nursing students. Two classes were used as experimental group and two classes as control group. The experimental group adopted the competition training method for experimental teaching and the control group used traditional training method Teaching, statistical analysis of the average performance of the two groups of nursing students operating skills assessment, and experimental group nursing students on the effectiveness of competition training method questionnaire survey. Results: The average score of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (p <0.01). 98% of the nursing students believed that the competition training method could improve their interest and enthusiasm in practicing nursing skills and cultivate their clinical thinking ability They have faster and better control of their care. Conclusion: The competition training method is superior to the traditional training method, which is conducive to giving full play to the potential of nursing students, enabling them to grasp various nursing skills faster and better, enhancing exchanges and cooperation among students, and promoting their practical work ability .
