应用水培试验研究了营养液中氮、钾、锰和硼4种元素的供应水平对莴笋体内某些矿质元素含量和累积量的影响。结果表明:(1)供试条件下氮和硼是莴笋生长发育的主要限制因子,二者的供应水平对莴笋体内多种元素的含量和累积量有显著影响;缺硼时锌在植株内富集,含量远高于对照;(2)植株内钾的含量和累积量随钾的供应水平的增加而成倍增加,但钾的供应水平对锌、铜、铁、锰、钙等矿质元素的累积量影响不大,锰的供应水平仅对锰和铜在莴笋体内累积量有显著影响;(3)莴笋体内矿质元素的含量是累积量与生长量二者共同作用的结果,必须综合考虑含量与累积量这两个因素才能判断它们之间存在何种相互作用。
The effects of nitrogen, potassium, manganese and boron in nutrient solution on the content and accumulation of some mineral elements in lettuce were studied by hydroponic experiment. The results showed that: (1) Nitrogen and boron were the main limiting factors for the growth and development of lettuce under the test conditions, and the supply level of both had a significant effect on the content and accumulation of various elements in lettuce; (2) The content and accumulation of potassium in plants doubled with the supply of potassium, but the supply of potassium had no effect on the contents of mineral elements such as zinc, copper, iron, manganese and calcium (3) The content of mineral elements in lettuce is the result of both the cumulant and the amount of growth, and it must consider the content And the cumulative amount of these two factors in order to determine what kind of interaction between them.
