氯胺酮属于非巴比妥静脉麻醉药,可选择性抑制中枢神经系统,具有深度镇痛作用,对呼吸和循环系统影响较小,给要发挥作用快,持续时间短,苏醒快,手术合并症少见,应用较为广泛。氯胺酮可以产生一种分离麻醉状态,其特征是僵直状、浅镇静、遗忘与显著镇痛,并能进入梦境、出现幻觉。
