使用Rofin FL010光纤固体激光器对H13模具钢进行表面熔凝强化处理,通过对不同工艺参数下的表面熔凝强化层硬度和耐磨性的比较,得到一组较优的工艺参数。试验结果表明,经激光表面熔凝强化的H13模具钢,其表面硬度和耐磨性大大提高。在本试验条件下,激光功率1000 W,扫描速度15 mm/s时,可以获得较好的硬度值和耐磨性。表面熔凝强化层硬度和耐磨性提高的原因在于生成了晶粒细小的马氏体组织。
Using Rofin FL010 optical fiber solid laser, the surface of the H13 die steel was subjected to surface melting and strengthening treatment. A set of optimal process parameters were obtained by comparing the hardness and wear resistance of the surface fused strengthening layer under different process parameters. The experimental results show that the surface hardness and wear resistance of the H13 die steel strengthened by laser surface fusion are greatly improved. Under the test conditions, the laser power of 1000 W, the scanning speed of 15 mm / s, you can get better hardness and wear resistance. The reason for the increased hardness and wear resistance of the surface fusion strengthened layer is the formation of fine-grained martensite.
