高强度铸铁即球墨铸铁,在机械工业上用途很广。其中镁是决定铸铁性质的重要元素。化学分析测定铸铁中镁,迄今尚无较快的成熟方法。曾用光谱粉末法对铸铁中镁进行测定,但手续繁琐、生产流程长,再现性及准确度均不够理想。为此,我们制定了溶液光谱法测定铸铁中0.02~0.32%的镁,效果良好,完全满足了生产要求,工效提高3~4倍。标准制备:称取0.1658克光谱纯氧化镁(或保证试剂)于250毫升烧杯中,加10毫
