(一) 科技成果管理工作是整个科技管理工作的组成部分,由鉴定、登记、奖励、保密、交流推广、技术市场等环节组成。这些环节相对独立,并有序的构成一个有机的整体、或系统。这个系统本身有其自己产生、发展的历史,运行的规律。如何遵循科学管理的共同规律和科技成果管理的特有规律,搞好科技成果管理工作,为科技进步和四化建设服务是摆在广大科技人员和科管人员面前一个十分重要任务。成果管理工作处于科研与生产连结点这个位置上,地位确实重要,它的主要作用是:
