于2013年8—10月和2014年8—10月在五大连池的三池和二池随机采集248尾鲢样本,采用鳞片鉴定其年龄,退算了鲢各年龄段的体长、体质量。采用Keys公式、Von Bertalanffy生长方程分析了鲢体长、体质量的生长规律。根据生长特征指数对比分析了五大连池鲢不同年份之间以及其与长江流域、东北地区水域鲢的生长情况。结果表明:五大连池鲢体长、体质量的生长方程分别为:Lt=52.992[1-e-0.301(ti-0.064)];Wt=2621.649[1-e-0.301(ti-0.064)]2.901。鲢体长生长速度曲线无拐点,随着年龄的增加生长速度逐渐降低;体质量的生长速度曲线具有拐点,拐点年龄为3.602龄,对应的体长、体质量分别为34.72 cm和769.08 g;对比分析表明,五大连池鲢的生长最为缓慢,鲢在2013—2014年的生长速度要快于2012—2013年的生长。鲢的生长除受到地理种群差异影响外,栖息环境的水温、饵料生物密度以及种内、种间竞争压力也是影响鲢生长的重要因素。
The samples of 248 silver carp were collected randomly from March to October 2013 and August to October 2014 in Sanchi and Erchi of Wudalianchi, and the scales were used to identify the age of the silver carp. The body length and body weight of the silver carp were retreated. Using the formula of Keys and the growth equation of Von Bertalanffy, the growth rules of body length and body weight of silver carp were analyzed. The growth of silver carp in the waters of the Wudalianchi pool silver carp was compared with that of the Yangtze River valley and the northeast of China according to the growth characteristic index. The results showed that the growth equations of body weight and length of silver carp were as follows: Lt = 52.992 [1-e-0.301 (ti-0.064)]; Wt = 2621.649 [1-e-0.301 (ti-0.064)] 2.901. There was no inflexion point in the growth rate curve of silver carp body, and the growth rate gradually decreased with the increase of age. The growth curve of body weight had inflection point, the age of inflection point was 3.602, corresponding body length and body weight were 34.72 cm and 769.08 g respectively. The analysis showed that the growth of silver carp in Wudalianchi was the slowest. The growth of silver carp in 2013-2014 was faster than that in 2012-2013. In addition to the difference of geographical population, the growth of silver carp, water temperature in habitat, the density of food organisms and the pressure of intraspecific and interspecific competition are also important factors that affect the growth of silver carp.
