目的:建立氨咖黄敏胶囊中人工牛黄的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以四氢呋喃-乙腈-0.1%醋酸铵(pH4.7)(42∶22∶36)为流动湘,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:452nm,柱温:35℃。结果:胆红素进样量在0.0232~0.465μg范围内,与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率(n=18)为99.9%。结论:HPLC法重复性好,且简便、易行,可用于氨咖黄敏胶囊剂中人工牛黄成分的检测。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of artificial bezoar in ammonia-min Huang-min capsule. METHODS: DiamonsilTM C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) was used as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 with tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-0.1% ammonium acetate at pH4.7 (42:22:36) Wavelength: 452 nm, column temperature: 35 ° C. Results: The bilirubin injections ranged from 0.0232 to 0.465 μg with a good linear relationship with the peak areas (r = 0.9991). The average recovery (n = 18) was 99.9%. Conclusion: The HPLC method has good repeatability, is simple and easy to operate and can be used for the determination of artificial bezoar components in ammonia-Caffeine capsule.
