汽车发动机排出的废气是造成大气污染的原因之一,尤其是柴油机排出的黑烟,不仅污染大气,还妨碍交通视线。为保护首都的环境,北京市人民汽车公司第五保养场、杭州汽车发动机厂,北京工业大学组成联合工作小组,为消除黄河牌公共汽车排气冒烟作了一些工作。通过调查研究和对不同机型的试验和分析,初步找到了使用进气涡流较大的气缸盖、使用喷油持续时间短的Ⅱ号供油泵、使用较薄的气缸垫、正确调整供油提前角等措施,使6120Q型柴油机排气冒烟的现象显著下降。
Exhaust gas from automobile engines is one of the causes of air pollution. In particular, black smoke emitted by diesel engines not only pollutes the atmosphere, but also hinders traffic light. In order to protect the capital’s environment, the fifth maintenance center of Beijing People’s Automobile Company, Hangzhou Automobile Engine Factory and Beijing University of Technology formed a joint working group to do some work to eliminate the exhaust smoke of the Yellow River brand bus. Through the investigation and analysis and experiment on different models, the cylinder head with larger intake air vortex was found initially, and the pump No.2 with short injection duration was used. The thinner cylinder head was used to adjust the fuel supply advance Angle and other measures to 6120Q diesel exhaust smoke phenomenon decreased significantly.
