创造力是用新思想、新观念、新方法解决问题的能力,现代社会发展依赖于创造、创新、以及对观念与事物的创新、扩散和应用,所以在21世纪是创造力经济时代。创造力经济时代的企业从思想、技术、产品和市场创新到管理创新等企业活动的方方面面,企业的发展也遇到了重大的挑战。本文主要通过分析创造力经济时代企业面临的挑战,探讨在创造力经济时代企业得以发展的重要策略,旨在为我国企业在社会市场中的生存和发展提供参考。
Creativity is the ability to solve problems with new ideas, new concepts and new methods. The development of modern society depends on creativity, innovation, and the innovation, diffusion and application of ideas and things. Therefore, in the 21st century, it is an era of the economy of creativity. In the era of the creative economy, from the aspects of ideology, technology, product and market innovation to management innovation and other corporate activities, the development of enterprises has also encountered major challenges. In this paper, we mainly analyze the challenges enterprises face in the era of the economy of creativity and discuss the important strategies for their development in the period of the era of the economy of creativity. This article aims to provide reference for the survival and development of Chinese enterprises in the social market.
