1988研究了试管培养中甜菜花粉发芽的影响因子,以提供改进测定花粉活力的方法。在液体培养基中(PH5.5,H_3Bo~3100ppm,Ca(No_3)_2·4H_2O100ppm及蒸馏水中蔗糖3.2×10~5ppm,23℃24小时花粉发芽率最高,一致性好。花药裂开前24小时收集花粉,调湿55分钟,搅拌入0.3mg/ml液体培养基,发芽达82%,但大量采集的花粉一般发芽为25至10%。花粉发芽24小时后,花粉管长约570μm。曾观测到个別花粉管长超过1300μm。花粉 1988 studied the factors that affect the germination of sugar beet pollen in vitro culture in order to provide an improved method for determining pollen viability.
