当前,培养选拔优秀年轻干部,造就跨世纪的接班人,已成为各级党委和组织人事部门贯彻落实党的十四届四中全会精神的一项重大而紧迫的任务。面对新的形势和任务,我省培养选拔优秀年轻干部工作着力点应该放在哪里,这是我们必须探索和回答的问题。本文结合我省的实际谈一些拙见。一、要充分认识到选拔培养优秀年轻干部是一项比过去任何时候都更加紧迫的任务
At present, training and selecting outstanding young cadres and creating successors across the centuries has become a major and urgent task for party committees and personnel departments at all levels in implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee. In the face of the new situation and tasks, it is an issue we must explore and answer that our province should focus on training and selecting outstanding young cadres. This article combined with the actual conditions in our province to talk about some humble opinion. First, we must fully realize that the task of selecting and cultivating outstanding young cadres is a more pressing task than ever before
