炉喉钢砖是安装在高炉炉喉部位的重要零部件,不但要承受400℃~500℃的高温,而且还要承受炼铁原料的冲击磨损,根据高炉的特点,确定较适宜铸造工艺方案,保证钢砖的尺寸精度和材质性能,实现其寿命与高炉寿命同步,在生产过程中,针对薄壁复杂结构的铸件特点,采用合理的浇冒口系统,实现同时凝固原则,解决铸件的变形、裂纹问题,铸件的工艺出品率提高了20%,满足了高炉使用性能要求。
