伴随信息、港口、物流等新产业的出现而蓬勃发展,港口经济对临港城市的发展带来了极大地推动作用。目前,许多港口城市都建立了自己的临港工业园区,充分利用港口便利的运输条件,大力发展临港产业,亦已成为港口城市经济发展的一个支撑点。本文探索江苏省宿迁市洋北镇近郊型城镇港口产业园与中心城区功能融合、交通节点、区域产业间的协同发展关系,提出适宜产业园的发展策略,并在此基础上进行技术层面的总体规划。
Along with the emergence of new industries such as information, ports and logistics, the port economy has brought great impetus to the development of Lingang City. At present, many port cities have set up their own port-oriented industrial parks. Making full use of the port’s convenient transportation conditions and vigorously developing the port-like industries have also become a supportive point for the economic development of port cities.
