桥梁作为重要的交通枢纽工程,已经成为当前社会的重要交通方式之一,但是,在地震荷载和风荷载作用下,容易使桥梁结构发生振动,进而引起结构或构件疲劳破坏的问题,对行人和车辆通行安全形成了威胁,甚至由于桥梁结构完全破坏,形成严重的生命财产损失,对社会发展形成极为不利的影响作用。本文主要分析桥梁结构地震灾害产生原因和风荷载的特点,讨论桥梁结构地震相应与对风响应的有效措施,为我国桥梁安全提供充分的保障。
As an important transportation hub project, bridges have become one of the most important transportation modes in the society at present. However, under the action of earthquake loads and wind loads, the bridge structure tends to vibrate, causing the fatigue failure of structures or components. Traffic safety poses a threat. Even a complete destruction of the bridge structure, resulting in serious loss of life and property, has an extremely adverse impact on social development. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the earthquake disaster and the characteristics of the wind load, and discusses the effective measures of the corresponding response of the bridge structure and the response to the wind so as to provide adequate protection for the bridge safety in China.
