以GIS技术为支撑,以港口功能适宜性为评价目标,构建了以海岸自然条件和海岸社会经济条件为主要影响要素的,具有科学化、定量化、自动化和可视化特征的港口功能适宜性评价模型,并以广西钦州湾海岸为例,对此模型进行了应用检验。此港口功能适宜性评价模型的构建理论和方法可为科学确定海岸的基本功能,建立以海岸基本功能管制为核心的管理机制提供技术支撑,模型评价结果可为海岸资源的开发与管理提供科学依据。
With GIS technology as the support and port functional suitability as the evaluation objective, this paper constructs a port function suitability evaluation model which is characterized by the natural conditions of the coast and the socio-economic conditions of the coast, and is characterized by scientificization, quantification, automation and visualization Taking Qinzhou Bay coast in Guangxi as an example, this model is tested. This port function suitability evaluation model construction theory and method can provide scientific support for the scientific determination of the basic functions of the coast and the establishment of a management mechanism based on the coastline basic function control. The results of the model evaluation can provide a scientific basis for the development and management of the coast resources .
