我厂加工镶片三面刃铣刀已有20多年历史,其中牙纹刀片齿形加工,是用牙纹跳齿铣刀(以后简称铣刀)精铣的。在多年的生产中铣刀一直采用苏联凸轮加工,给五车间工人带来了很大困难,一把铣刀只能加工400块左右的牙纹刀片,且经常出现打刀,加工后刀片齿形角度、光洁度不好等现象。更为严重的是:一个班需要经常换刀,生产效率不高,刀片质量达不到要求,给国家浪费很多人力和钢材。所以解决牙纹铣刀耐用度是我厂的关键课题。后来经过反复实践和研究发现苏联螺丝磨床所带铲磨凸轮不适合加工铣刀,所以我们新设计适合铲磨铣刀用的凸轮,最后解决了铣刀耐度关键。现将铲磨凸轮设计原理、铣刀后角增大原因介绍如下:

Therefore, we designed a new cam suitable for shovel milling cutter, finally solved the key of milling cutter tolerance. Now shovel grinding cam design principle, cutter angle increase reasons are described below:
