儿科心跳骤停的标准治疗常使自主循环恢复(ROSC)失败,且神经系统致残率很高。然而心跳骤停后脑的最佳治疗是迅速出现ROSC,而RO-SC的最好时机处于心肺复苏的早期。肾上腺素是心脏骤停的有效药物,其α受体效应能增加心脑灌注和导致ROSC,目前介绍的剂量0.01mg/kg可失去治疗的最好时机.本文报告儿科难治性心跳骤停应用大剂量肾上腺素(HDE)的有益作用。
