报道了在棉花自花授粉后,利用花粉管通道将0.5mmol/LNaN3直接导入鲁锦6号的胚囊中,在变异后代中,采取系统选择的方法,选育出了一个早熟品系,它的熟期比鲁棉6号提前25天,并且性状稳定。经过时鲁棉6号和早熟株系进行RAPD分析,结果表明,NaN3可以引起后代DNA序列的广泛变异,并且棉花基因组可能存在着诱变剂作用的热点。
Reported that after self-pollination of cotton, 0.5 mmol / L NaN 3 was directly introduced into the embryo sac of Lujin 6 by means of pollen tube passage.
