桥涵对于保障公路通行安全具有至关重要的作用,随着使用年限的增加,气候与地质变化所造成的危害日益加剧,以及当今社会重视路面养护、忽视桥涵养护的现象愈发普遍。公路桥涵的安全问题必须得到充分的重视。为了使桥梁能够持续保持安全的状态,保证其正常的承载能力和通行能力,延长使用寿命,必须定期对桥涵进行养护管理,保障公路安全畅通。这对社会的可持续发展也具有重要的意义。
