目的 :探讨应用介入栓塞加平阳霉素注射治疗鼻面部血管瘤的临床疗效。方法 :采用线段和弹簧栓介入栓塞面动脉、颌内动脉和颞浅动脉 ,瘤内注射平阳霉素。结果 :随访 1年 ,4例患者肿块消失 ,无异常的血管搏动。结论 :应用介入栓塞和平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗鼻面部血管瘤安全 ,疗效满意
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of interventional embolization plus pingyangmycin in the treatment of nasal facial hemangioma. Methods: The embolization artery, the maxillary artery and the superficial temporal artery were implanted with line segments and spring plugs. Bleomycin was injected intratumorally. Results: After one year of follow-up, four patients disappeared with no abnormal blood vessel pulsation. Conclusion: The application of embolization and pingyangmycin intramuscular injection in the treatment of nasal facial hemangioma safety, satisfactory results
