安全是房建工程施工中永恒不变的主题,所有的施工操作都必须建立在安全的基础之上,为减少并杜绝房建施工中的安全事故,必须做好安全管理工作。然而,受多方面因素的影响,使得房建施工中的安全管理存在一些问题,这极不利于施工作业安全、有序地进行。为此,必须对安全管理中现存的问题进行系统分析,并采取合理可行的方法和措施,提升安全管理水平。基于此点,本文就房建工程施工安全管理问题进行浅谈。
