目的探索创建健康促进幼儿园预防幼儿伤害的方法和措施,为开展健康教育工作提供参考。方法在浙江舟山市选择1所幼儿园,进行以“预防伤害”为切入点的创建“健康促进幼儿园”综合干预活动;另选情况相似的1所幼儿园作为对照,仅限常规健康教育活动。基线和终末调查分别以问卷形式调查各幼儿园幼儿及其家长对伤害的认知及其行为的改变和伤害发生情况。结果干预后,实验组和对照组伤害发生率均有下降,但实验组下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组幼儿家长“预防幼儿伤害”相关知识总体知晓率上升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组则提高幅度不大;实验组和对照组幼儿的总体知识知晓率均有显著提高,但实验组比对照组提高幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论创建“健康促进幼儿园”项目,对提高家长预防幼儿伤害知识知晓率,降低幼儿伤害的发生具有显著效果。
Objective To explore ways and measures to create health promotion kindergarten to prevent young children from injury and provide reference for carrying out health education. Methods A kindergarten was chosen in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province to conduct a comprehensive intervention program of “health promotion kindergarten” with “prevention injury ” as the starting point. In addition, a kindergarten with similar situation was selected as a control and only regular health education activity. Baseline and end-of-life surveys were conducted to investigate the perceptions of injuries and their behavioral changes and injuries among kindergarten children and their parents, respectively, by questionnaire. Results After intervention, the incidence of injury in experimental group and control group decreased, but the decrease in experimental group was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The overall awareness rate of the parents in the experiment group and the knowledge of prevention of young child injury (P <0.01), while the control group did not increase much; the awareness rate of general knowledge of children in experimental group and control group increased significantly, but the experimental group had a greater increase than the control group, the difference was statistically significant There was statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The establishment of “Health Promotion Kindergarten” project has a significant effect on raising parents’ awareness of prevention of childhood injury and reducing the incidence of child injury.
