根据21世纪人才需求模式,提出“厚基础,适应面广,创新思维能力强”的人才培养目标,面向科技前沿、面向社会发展、面向经济建设培养专业人才。制定了“1+2+1”的三段式人才培养方案。从建设高起点、开放式的新知识体系入手,通过“主题法教学法”;应用网络技术建立电子教学平台;改革考核方式方法,提升知识水平和创新思维能力等系列改革。在人才培养方面取得实效。
