设计一种能够解决由于煤矿矿井过深带来的采煤设备电压不稳定的设备。使用电压补偿的方法为串联静止交流变流,控制的算法选用前端电压反馈和末端电流反馈的复合控制方法,并在微控制器STM32F103VT6上得以实现。最后设计了一台实验样机,并进行了实际测试,测试结果表明,设备两端的电压可以稳定在220 V左右,能够在40 ms内稳定,并且还能改善一定的谐波问题。设计的电压补偿装置能满足实际的运用需求,值得进一步研究和推广。
Design a device that can solve the voltage instability of coal mining equipment brought by too deep coal mine. Using voltage compensation method for the series static alternating current, the control algorithm selection of front-end voltage feedback and terminal current feedback composite control method, and in the microcontroller STM32F103VT6 to be achieved. Finally, an experimental prototype is designed and tested. The test results show that the voltage across the device can be stabilized at about 220 V, stable within 40 ms, and can also improve certain harmonic problems. The voltage compensation device designed to meet the actual needs of the application, it is worth further study and promotion.
