砖瓦粘土是指专门用于制造砖瓦的粘土.砖瓦生产过程大致分成四个主要阶段:1.原料加工及配制.2.造型.3.干燥.4.焙烧.1.原料加工及配制:应取均匀的塑性砖瓦粘土物质或所需之粒度成分的原料,进行加工.常用破碎机(对碾机)、碾压机及搅拌机进行.2.造型:有湿压法或半干压法两种.湿法(塑性成型)压力为5～30kg/cm~2.半干压制压力为120～150kg/cm~2.土质的成型程度和均匀程度在成型工作中具有很大的意义.
Brick clay refers to clay used exclusively for the manufacture of bricks and tiles. The production process of bricks and tiles is roughly divided into four main stages: 1. Raw material processing and preparation. 2. Modeling. 3. Drying. 4. Roasting. 1. Raw material processing and preparation : The material of the uniform plastic tile or clay material or the desired particle size component should be taken and processed. Commonly used crushers (for grinding machine), roller compactors, and mixers are used. 2. Modeling: wet pressing or semi-dry pressing Two kinds of methods. Wet method (plastic forming) pressure of 5 ~ 30kg/cm ~ 2. Semi-dry pressing pressure of 120 ~ 150kg/cm ~ 2. Soil forming degree and uniformity in the molding work has great significance.
