本文采用离体蛙心实验方法 ,对不同蒸煮时间的附子进行了强心作用及心脏毒性的初步实验观察 ,结果表明 :蒸煮8h、 10 h、 12 h的附子具有强的正性肌力作用 ,且心脏毒性显著降低。
In this paper, the in vitro frog heart experiment was used to observe the cardiotoxicity and cardiotoxicity of the aconite of different cooking time. The results showed that the aconite of 8h, 10h and 12h after cooking had a strong positive inotropic effect. And cardiotoxicity is significantly reduced.
