目的:对乌桕进行显微及紫外光谱鉴别。方法:显微鉴别,紫外-可见吸收光谱鉴别。结果:乌桕根、茎皮层细胞和叶的薄壁细胞中有草酸钙簇晶,茎皮层有少量石细胞,叶主脉维管束呈新月形;全株粉末中可见众多的草酸钙簇晶,晶鞘纤维常见;紫外-可见吸收光谱在200~800 nm扫描,发现6种不同的提取液都有吸收峰。结论:以上特征可为乌桕质量标准的制定及进一步研究提供参考依据。
Objective: To observe the microscopic and ultraviolet spectrum of Radix Methods: Microscopic identification, UV-visible absorption spectrum identification. Results: There were clusters of calcium oxalate in the parenchyma cells of the roots, stem cortex cells and leaves, few stone cells in the stem cortex, and crescentic vascular bundles in the main veins. Many clusters of calcium oxalate clusters were observed in the whole plant powder, Crystal sheath fibers are common; UV-visible absorption spectra were scanned at 200-800 nm and found to have absorption peaks in six different extracts. Conclusion: The above characteristics can provide a reference for the formulation and further research on the quality standard of Radix.
