目的探究常规西药配合自拟中药益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法采取回顾性分析方法对我院2015年4月~2016年8月冠心病心绞痛患者88例资料进行收集分析,随机分组。常规组采用常规西药进行治疗,西药有阿司匹林、消心痛等;中西医组采用常规西药配合自拟中药益气活血汤治疗。比较两组患者冠心病心绞痛控制效果;治疗前和治疗15天患者C反应蛋白、心功能情况;硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛控制时间。结果中西医组患者冠心病心绞痛控制效果比常规组好,P<0.05;治疗前两组C反应蛋白、心功能情况差异不显著,P>0.05;中西医组治疗15天患者C反应蛋白、心功能情况比常规组好,P<0.05;中西医组硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛控制时间比常规组低,P<0.05。结论常规西药配合自拟中药益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛效果确切,可有效控制心绞痛的发生,改善患者心功能情况,减轻机体炎症水平,减少硝酸甘油用量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of conventional western medicine combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods A retrospective analysis of 88 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were collected and analyzed, and randomly divided into groups. The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine, Western medicine with aspirin, heartburn and other pain relief; Western medicine group using conventional Western medicine with self-Yiqihuoxue Decoction treatment. The control effect of angina pectoris was compared between the two groups. C-reactive protein and cardiac function were measured before treatment and 15 days after treatment. The dosage of nitroglycerin and angina pectoris time were compared. Results The control efficacy of angina pectoris in patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine was better than that in conventional group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in C-reactive protein and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The C-reactive protein The functional status was better than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The dosage of nitroglycerin and angina pectoris in the WM group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Conventional Western medicine combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Tang is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can effectively control the occurrence of angina pectoris, improve the cardiac function, alleviate the body inflammation and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin, which deserves promotion.
