组织公正感的研究已经持续了近半个世纪,取得了丰硕的研究成果。本文以这些研究文献为样本,本文从追溯组织公正感发展的历史逻辑出发,回顾与分析了组织公正感的研究现状,探讨了未来的发展趋势,希望给人力资源管理实践提供一定参考。
The research on the sense of justice has lasted for nearly half a century and has achieved fruitful research results. Based on the historical logic of the development of the sense of fairness, this paper reviews and analyzes the research status quo of the sense of justice in organization, explores the future development trend, and hopes to provide some reference to the practice of human resource management.
