全面实施素质教育是当前我国教育改革发展当中的一个重要内容。本文以人的全面发展和以人为本的教育理念为依据,根据高职院校学生的实际需要,探讨其生存于当今社会所应具备的各种素质的内容结构。以成就为主导,以品德修养为中心,以为人、做事、求知、处世和就业等实际问题为主体,构建素质教育的内容体系。
Carrying out quality education in an all-round way is an important content in the current educational reform in our country. Based on the theory of human being’s all-round development and people-oriented education, this paper explores the content structure of various qualities that students should survive in today’s society according to the actual needs of students in higher vocational colleges. With achievement as the leading factor and moral education as the center, we should construct the content system of quality education based on the practical problems of people, work, knowledge, life and employment.
